Thermie Green Smoothie

Ingredients Preparation

1 young coconut flesh and water
1 green apple quatered
1/2 lemon or lime
10 grams mint leaves or basil leaves, fresh
60 grams kale, raw
400 grams green tea, brewed cooled
ice blocks 1 tray

1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl & process on speed 10 for 1.30 mins.
Pour into glasses & serve.

Chai Latte

Ingredients Preparation

1 stick cinnamon
1 level teaspoon cardamin seeds
1 level teaspoon cloves whole
4 level teaspoons sugar raw
1 litre milk
150 grams water
2 heaped tablespoons Tea (black, very strong)

1. Place cinnamon, cardamom seeds and cloves into TM bowl and grind for 5 seconds on speed 8.
2. Add water to cover spices and cook for 2mins on 100 degrees on speed 1.
3. Add 1 litre of milk, tea and sugar and cook for 7 mins on 90 degrees on speed 1.
3. Strain tea and spices and replace into TM bowl and froth for 20 seconds on speed 9.

Wellbeing Juice

Ingredients Preparation

2 carrots chopped in large pieces
3 red apples quartered
2.5 cm slice of lemon
1/2 cm ginger
1 tray of ice cubes
500 grams water

1. Add all ingredients except the water to the TM bowl and pulverise for 1 minute on speed 9.
Add water through the lid and mix for a further 30 seconds on speed 8.

Cosmopolitan

Ingredients Preparation

2 teaspoons Citron Vodka
5 grams vodka
5 grams Cointreau
15 grams Canberry Juice
2 teaspoon lime juice
120 grams ice

1. Add all ingredients speed 10 5 sec2. Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the liquid into glass.

Champagne Cranberry Mojito

Ingredients Preparation

2 limes
100 grams sugar raw
1 litre pure cranberry juice
1 bottle champagne
1 cup of mint leaves
300 grams ice

1. Peel limes and place peel, 1/2 the mint and sugar into mixing bowl and mill 20 sec/speed 10.
2. Add ice and cranberry juice and mill 1 min/speed 9.
3. Add champagne, other half of chopped mint leaves and juice of the two limes and mix 20 sec/speed 5.
4. Serve in tall glasses immediately.
